To load access products online, you will need your access card number and PIN code.

In order to load this access right online, you must have an access card and a four-digit PIN code linked to it. Please note that if you purchased your access card before 2026, older cards are still valid. However, you must visit customer service to set a four-digit PIN code, which staff will add to your card details. After this, you can load access rights online using the number on your card and your PIN code. 

1-12 months cards are valid for two years from the date of purchace.
